Arsenal 5-3 Barcelona: Saka and Trossard shine as Gunners batter Spanish giants


Arsenal secured a thumping 5-3 win over Barcelona in their pre-season friendly fixture at SoFi Stadium.

The Gunners suffered a heavy defeat against Manchester United in their previous fixture in the United States pre-season tour, but they have bounced back with a stellar win.

It was Barca who drew first blood after talismanic striker Robert Lewandowski found the nets following a brilliant run on the left flank by Moroccan winger Ez Abde.

Bukayo Saka found the equaliser swiftly, taking advantage of Andreas Christensen’s gaffe in the defence.
