Arsenal tip to agree deal for PSG superstar

ARSENAL have been told to sign Neymar by Julio Baptista as he would "complete" the team. 

 The former Arsenal loanee reckons the Brazil star needs a "new atmosphere" after becoming "comfortable" at PSG.

Neymar 31, is one of the players that the Ligue 1 club are believed to be willing to cash in on this summer. 

 And Baptista believes that the Gunners should make a move for the Brazilian.

 He told Goal: "I think Neymar is comfortable at PSG, but maybe the best move for him is to create a new atmosphere at a new club – maybe a club that supports him and gives him all the confidence that he needs. He doesn’t have that at PSG. "The fans don’t like him a lot and maybe it is time to move on and try something different.
